Off-day routine. Forcing myself to slow down and enjoy my off day

My name is Ese A 32 year old living in Ohio Usa and trying to live a slow and steady life Today is my day off, and usually whenever I’m off work, I feel the need to rush around and get as much done as possible. But today, I decided to slow down and simply enjoy the day without putting pressure on myself to be productive. I didn’t do much—just a little skincare, some quiet moments to relax, and I baked a fresh loaf of bread that I turned into the most delicious sandwich for lunch.
