Community Allotment - July 2026
Wellingborough Eco Group have a plot at Ladywell allotments in Wellingborough, to give people the chance to share skills and to grow plants. The site was cleared and is now a user-friendly space to grow fruit, vegetables and other plants to benefit the community. This is the sixth year we have been on the plot, and we have been growing! In this walk around the Community Allotment, we show off a few new areas for the first time on video. We start on our newest bit, which takes you into the oldest bit (if you have seen a video about our plot before). It all looks a bit scorched due to the sunny weather, but there's lots growing and more to look at. Enjoy this wander around our allotment, and if you like what you see, and want to help, come and grow with us every Wednesday 10am-2pm. Call Jonathan (the person who's talking on this video) to get in the gates at the end of Hillside Road.
