How to Dougie: http://bit.ly/DOUGIE Instructions 1. Bend your right arm at the elbow, fist held in front of the right side of your abdomen. Move your fist downward to fall in front of your right leg, letting your arm straighten as your fist falls. During this, do the same movement with your left arm, bringing the fist down to fall to the left of your left leg. As you move your fists downward, use your feet to shift your weight, turning yourself slightly to the left.  When you shift your weight to turn yourself, do a slightly lean in the opposite direction. This is similar to the torso movement you used during the Dougie. 2. Lift your left arm and bend it, fist held in front of the left side of your abdomen. As you do this, use your feet to shift, turning yourself back to the original direction. 3. Move your left fist downward to fall in front of your left leg, letting your arm straighten. During this, do the same movement with your right arm, bringing the right fist down to fall to the right of your right leg. As you move your fists downward, use your feet to shift, turning slightly to the right. Make sure to do the lean to the left. 4. Do a motion like moving wheels forward on a wheelchair. To do this, hold both fists up at hip height, then move them forward and down, then bring them backward and up again, making a circular motion. Repeat this once. As you do the first circle movement, bend your knees—your left further down than your right—dropping slightly downward. Lean your pelvis and knees forward. As you do the second circle movement, drop further downward.  5. Repeat this entire dance, starting with your left arm instead of your right.
