NCTD Test Trains! Railfanning Carlsbad 12/10/20 Feat. New Coaster Chargers, 90mph Surfliners & More!

In this video, I went back to Carlsbad Village Coaster station for some more Coaster and Surfliner action. I was here from Coaster 640 until Coaster 654. This day, NCTD was operating 2 test trains so they could get the other chargers some hours in so they can be used in service.
