Torquay: It used to be called the English Riviera, but is it making a comeback?

We visited Torquay. It's a well known seaside town often referred to as The English Riviera! But is it still a pleasant place to visit? Watch the video to find out! We ticked off the Lounge cafe Bar in the town, which has a patio with a lovely outlook (we are visiting all of the Lounges in the UK, in our Alfa Romeo Spider, with our Cockapoo Buster), and had a walk around the town.
