Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach, Virginia after over 50 years of business has been closed to be transformed into a new retail Community living project in the Town Center area of Virginia Beach. All store that had no outdoor access has been closed to make way for the changes. This video was captured shortly before the mall interior would close forever.
