It is the first live in Kochi as T-BOLAN. Also, the climate of Kochi filled its history with important figures, such as Sakamoto Ryoma, Yoshida Shigeru. The people of Kochi’s freedom and excitement created its prefectural character, not only being laidback but also consistent, this is called “Igossou”or “Hachikin”. The wisdom and activity of the creative people of Tosa made garden crops and industrial technology requiring much commitment. Also, Kochi’s people developed unique local culture such as “Yosakoi Matsuri”. Kochi Prefectural Culture Hall has a big hall containing 1500 seats, and the hall is familiarized as the base of cultural activity by Kochi citizens.
