Stretching - Estiramientos en Silla

This time we've prepared a series of seated exercises, suitable for anyone who wants to and is able to do them, whether it's for seniors who have difficulty sitting on the floor, those working at a computer who want to take a break to stretch, or anyone who wants to try a different routine. When seated, remember: The monitor, TV, tablet, or cell phone should be at eye level. Your elbows should be at the same height as the keyboard or your hands when typing. Your back should be supported by the chair's backrest, especially the lumbar region. Avoid crossing your legs and place something under your feet to elevate them (for example, a box or something similar). Take a break every two hours at most to stretch your legs, walk around a bit, and do some elongation (this also helps rest your eyes). Stretching is a discipline that provides numerous benefits for your physical and mental health.
