Describe the mechanism of action of PARP inhibitors and the differences among drugs in this class. 2. Describe the role of PARPi treatment alone and in combination with other cancer based therapies. 3. Discuss existing clinical trial data assessing the efficacy of PARPi in advanced prostate cancer and ongoing late phase trials for PARP inhibitors. 4.
