We finish up our Bend visit going to the Deschutes River and checking out a few of the many parks that lie along the river. Whitewater Park became our favorite as we watched the surfers, kayakers and tubers negotiate the river. The great thing about Whitewater Park is that all skill levels can enjoy the river.
