Frittata di Pasta Napoletana: il Trucco per Farla Perfetta
Neapolitan macaroni frittata is one of the most beloved traditional dishes: tall, flavorful, and super stringy! Perfect for using up pasta, to take to the beach, on picnics, or for a quick and irresistible lunch. Here's how I make it in a 22 cm pan, with just the right amount of eggs and a rich filling. š„š INGREDIENTS: 500 g pasta 4/5 medium eggs 100 g Naples salami 250 g fior di latte or provola cheese 100 g grated cheese Salt to taste Pepper to taste Frying oil to taste HOW TO PREPARE: Cook the pasta and let it cool. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and cheese. Add the diced salami, fior di latte/provola cheese, and the pasta. Pour everything into a pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook over low heat until golden brown, then flip and finish cooking. Result: a tall, soft, and super stringy frittata! š Subscribe to the channel for more Neapolitan recipes and delicious video recipes! š¬ Tell me in the comments how you make it!
