Old Testament Consequences vs New Testament Grace

Sin has consequences and the rules about actions needed for forgiveness of the single sin in the Old Testament are rather shocking to many readers, to the point, that these actions may sometimes cause some readers to cease reading the Bible. Having a better understanding of this process and its context may be helpful in helping Bible readers proceed with better understanding to more easily reconcile how the Bible is still highly relevant today.
