Born in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture in 1974. Former public elementary school teacher in Saitama Prefecture. As a child, she was sensitive, frail, and introverted, and disliked speaking in front of others. She attended a prestigious local high school, but had low self-esteem, and suffered from mental illness during adolescence, attending a psychosomatic medicine clinic for nearly 10 years. She overcame eating disorders, depression, panic attacks, etc., and achieved her long-held dream of becoming an elementary school teacher. My original workshops, which focus not only on how to interact with children but also on the mother's state of mind, have been well-received, with participants reporting "increased self-confidence," "a renewed sense of energy," "no more doubts about parenting," and "a change in their child," attracting numerous participants not only from the Kanto region but from all over Japan.
