A visit and tour of Walesby church in the Lincolnshire Wolds, in the December snow.
Come with me as I visit Walesby church in the Lincolnshire Wolds - known locally as the 'Rambler's church' it is on the Viking Way, a long-distance path through the Lincolnshire countryside. This beautiful church is 800 years old and is on a site that has been used for Christian worship since Roman times. Now it is stranded alone on a hilltop, as the village of Walesby has migrated into the valley below - but it is worth climbing the hill as not only is the church glorious and very beautiful, but the views from here are spectacular.
