REBUILD / GENERAL OVERHAUL KOMATSU ENGINE 4D95L WITH HIGH OIL CONSUMTION CASE / INSTALL TO PC 78 This engine has been out of operation for more than 3 years. Previously the engine experienced a very high blowby, so that the engine oil was reduced by 1/2 liter every day. In addition, the power also drops because the nozzle had a problem, so that the power drops due to incomplete combustion. After overhauling and repairing the nozzle, the blowby is clean and the power is back to normal. However, in this video we do not show the final result after repairing the nozzle, only showing the engine running after O/H and no nozzle calibration so there is still smoke coming out from the exhaust.
