In 25-minutes, we'll practice yoga, meditation, and reflective writing to step out of the busy mind and into the quiet presence of the body. The focus is noticing—a simple mindfulness practice of bringing awareness to your breath, your body, and your inner experience without needing to change anything. This is a beginner-friendly yoga, meditation, and creative reflection practice designed to help you feel more present, grounded, and connected. In this practice, we move through: 00:27 – breath work and centering 02:32 – gentle yoga to reconnect with the body 14:14 – a short meditation for awareness and presence 20:40 – a moment of reflection through writing You don’t need any experience with yoga, meditation, or journaling.
