What's the difference between a Small Claims Payment Order (RPV) and a Court-Ordered Payment Order (Precatório)? The main difference lies in two points: 1️⃣ Credit Value At the Federal level, the rule is clear: ✔️ Up to 60 minimum wages → payment via RPV (Small Claims Payment Order) ✔️ Above 60 minimum wages → payment via Precatório In other words, the divisor is exactly the limit of 60 times the current minimum wage. 2️⃣ Payment Timeframe ⏳ Federal RPV After issuance, payment must occur within 60 days. It's a faster and more direct procedure. 📅 Federal Precatório (Court-Ordered Payment) It follows the regime of the so-called "cut-off date" and inclusion in the following year's budget.
