Dan tries to exact revenge on traffic itself after being stuck in bad traffic caused by inconveniently idiotic holdups! Some of his plans involve closing off a major highway exit, blowing up a car dealership, and hijacking a helicopter to attempt releasing a chemical agent over the city that causes vertigo. After summarizing, I also explain why this episode works so well despite Dan's revenge plan technically failing.
