Forms perfect crusts for pies, pot pies, tarts, hors d'oeuvres, cheesecakes, quiche, top crusts for covered fruit pies in most round pans 2.54cm through to 30.48cm in diameter, plus many other specialty items. Specialty crumb crusts that cannot be rolled or sheeted are easily formed. Available Rim Styles: Plain, Gear, Spider, Daisy Petal and Rimless Consistently makes crust exactly to size, leaving no scrap dough. No sheeter, rolling pin or hand forming dough. No dusting flour is used, no special skill or strength required, no special formula. One person of any skill level can form up to 500 perfect crusts per hour.
