CEO Peter Fine, first the founder of Atlantic Development and now the executive chairman of Bolivar, knows a thing or two about building buildings: he's helped build more than 12,000 apartments. In the last few years, he's built a few other things, from helping bring musical In The Heights from Off- to On-Broadway and optioning stories to bring to the big screen. Fine spoke to TRD's Amir Korangy to explain how he went from a social worker to a developer and producer.
