The customer reported that the motor was locking up on the right, but not all the time. The problem arose when traveling longer distances. We took into account that prolonged use generates more heat, and since the brake was already malfunctioning, the problem would soon develop. The goal is to always resolve the issue efficiently and at a low cost to the customer, ensuring the part is reusable. In this specific case, we had to replace the part with a new one to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
