Family visits are key to inmate rehabilitation, says Correctional Service
By: Josia Shigwedha Windhoek Correctional Services says family visits are an important part of the inmate rehabilitation process. Windhoek Correctional Facility, public relations officer, Oberts Mulisa said the visits provide inmates with moral support and help them maintain a sense of belonging to society while in custody.
