Will Interference (Pearl) Colors Work As The Swipe Catalyst? - Art Experiment! - Acrylic Pouring

This was a fun art experiment! I have been getting this question for a long time now. I have successfully been able to swipe OVER pearlescent/interference paints but the question still remained, can I swipe WITH them. In this video I try out a couple of variations of swiping with Amsterdam Pearlescent paints (they act as interference colors and when they dry on dark bases can be seen by the eye). The paints are transparent, so it didn't work as expected, but I did find one very useful scenario for them and that is to be able to swipe without the cell activator showing through! I will have 3 other experiments with these paints as the swipe catalyst coming up soon! This was very fun to do and I learned a lot from this one! Hope you enjoy the video!
