Shane Carrick is a human being, yin yoga instructor, skateboarder and snowboarder. He splits his time teaching yoga at the Ridgway Yoga Shala in his home mountains of Colorado and at Caelo Yoga in Paris, France. He takes a functional approach to yoga and believes it yoga should be simple, personal, and non-dogmatic. As well as yoga, Shane teaches skateboarding for Paris Skate Culture and travels the globe as the Director of Programming for Make Life Skate Life.
