Randy Santel vs Doc's 6lb "Behemoth" BBQ Sandwich Challenge in Edwardsville, Illinois!! On Sunday, December 1, 2024, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I headed to Doc's Smokehouse in Edwardsville, Illinois which is on the Illinois side of the St Louis, Missouri area. We each attempted Doc's 6lb "Behemoth" BBQ Sandwich Challenge which I've been wanting to try for a very long time!! Katina went first and then I live-streamed myself taking the challenge. I had just 45 minutes to eat Doc's massive 96oz barbecue sandwich that consisted of a 1lb 12" long bread loaf, 1lb of smoked beef brisket, three 1/2 pound smoked cheeseburgers, 1lb of smoked beef and pork sausages, 1lb of juicy BBQ pulled pork, and lots of fries. Fail and pay $52 plus tax for the sandwich. Winners earn the $52 sandwich meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and a spot on Doc's Wall of Fame!!
