Discovering Our Raw Land in OFF GRID Cochise County ~ Our 1st Video

This is the first video of us, Cody & Robert, visiting our recently purchased raw land in Cochise County, SE Arizona. Having only seen pictures before this, we venture out to see the land in person. The first time we visited, we had to walk to the land through rough shrub; that particular walk was far more forgiving than the shrub that was exposed upon our new road's installation. Once we do arrive to our land in full, we try to do some manual labor to see what we're up against. We currently live 4 hours north in the PHX area (the valley) and we plan to commute while saving our money for projects as we go; and filming the progress along the way. Our next project will be to rent machinery for clearing the shrubbery. We plan to visit the Opt Out Expo in February of 2026, this year. After we save enough for a septic installation, we will find a way to move to our land permanently. For now, we'll do what we can to work the land a piece at a time. We'll do as much ourselves as we can to save money and learn skills. Some things will be beyond us, such as the septic install, and probably more we can't predict right now. It might be some time before we're able to upload more videos since we have to save between each project, but they will come!
