Day 2 of making things I usually buy at the grocery store! 🍕💙 Today I made homemade pizza dough in my bread machine and turned it into a simple cheese pizza for my family. I’m challenging myself to make more things from scratch and see what tastes better, saves money, and is worth making at home. Would you make your own pizza dough or buy it from the store? 👇 🍕 Homemade Bread Machine Pizza Dough Ingredients 1 cup warm water (about 110°F) 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar or honey 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet) Directions 1. Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. 2. Select the Dough cycle and start the machine. 3. When the cycle is finished, remove the dough. 4. Divide if making more than one pizza. 5. Let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes. 6. Stretch onto a lightly greased pizza pan (olive oil works great). 7. Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings. 8.
