The shop we asked to shoot this time is "Sekiya no korokke" located in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The popular shop sell out 800 korokke a day, as well as menchikatsu (minced pork cutlets), tonkatsu (pork cutlets), tebasaki (chicken wings), nankotsu and other items in just one to two hours. Every korokke and side dish is made with a lot of time and effort, and even the frying oil is handmade from beef tallow every morning. I was impressed to see customers buying korokke in units of 10 to 20, or buying multiple units of korokke as souvenirs. It was no wonder that customers were lining up in the morning to buy and leave one after another with smiles on their faces.
