I thought I made this so that everyone can feel the actual pressure before our competition, what really went on in everyone's mind, how the girls handled stress with positive words, how funny these girls were, how encouraging they were to each other, and how much love they had for each other. In a way, just from listening to their words, you can get to know each member of XIX a little bit more. XIX is amazing, but if you get to know each and every one of them more, you will be blown away. So I'd like to shed some light on who these 6 little girls are. Charlotte, despite being the youngest, always listening, always focus, and always give 100% even in rehearsals, and when it comes to what can we do to make the dance even better, Charlotte gives lots of good advice. Vicci is the clown. She makes everyone laugh and always keep the energy high, one of the defining characteristics of XIX. Everything she does, is easily noticed, but she does it naturally. She is not pretentious at all, if anything, she is the most comfortable being herself. Vicci has got a very distinct voice and persona, she is unique in everyway. Crystal is the sentimental one, always first to laugh and first to cry. Because she is sentimental, she is able to release these energies through her performance and can easily stir up the audience. She is also very perceptive on details, that's why she's a quick learner. She receives lots of love from everyone and gives back lots of love to people around her. Charlotte, Crystal and Vicci are the 3 little sisters. Kiele, Caitlyn, and Aster are the 3 big sisters. Aster, being the team leader, always have a very gentle vibe and always optimistic, giving encouragement to everyone. She is always very willing to take criticism. She knows how to bind everyone together. She maybe under pressure but she never shows it. This is one of the quality being a good leader. Caitlyn always knows what the task is, what needs to be done, what's next, and always prepared and always give concrete suggestions to make every performance better. Most of the harmonies in the singing are designed by her, and she does it so naturally it's insane. Caitlyn is also very humble, always making everyone at ease. Kiele, despite her language barrier, she continue to impress everyone by learning Cantonese and singing Cantonese. Her hard work and her drive for perfection is one of the main reason XIX is so good with their performance. She pushes herself and thus the whole team forward. Not only that, she is wise. Her wisdom enlightens everyone in the group, making a problem not a problem, giving new perspectives to whoever needs it. XIX may have learned a lot from me, but actually, I have learned a lot from them. Their spirit, attitude, diligence, and fearless spirits have inspired me as well. It takes one to know one. It's a miracle destiny has put these 6 beautiful souls together and created XIX. All good things come to an end. Let's cherish this miracle while it lasts! Eric Sir
