This song was written by the late Lupe Castillo, husband of Mrs. Margaret Castillo. It denotes a dialogue which tells a story about a man named Radical, who was killed by the police. His family gathered with candles as they lay him to rest for he was no longer coming back home to them. The family cried because they felt the pain of Radical's death and questioned what must have been his sin, though this must have been his destiny.
