Mini Top Hat / Do It Yourself

Three beautifully decorated top hat; SNOWMAN'S top hat, SIMPLY FESTIVE top hat and CHEERFUL hat topped with colourful buttons. For the main material, we used black cardboard paper. If you would like your top hat to be more flexible, you may use pva sheet instead of cardboard paper.
