Edit: There's one mistake here, the Al-Khalid has better thermals than the MBT2000, making it definitively superior. Update: As predicted they're moving it to 11.3. Called it. Update 2: it's been moved to 11.7 after further BR decompression, and it's reload speed reduced from 7.1 seconds to 7 seconds.
