This workout strengthens and mobilizes all the key areas for the Swiss Handstand or Straddle Press Handstand. Whether you're a beginner or already able to do the Swiss Handstand, this training will help you improve the movement sequence. After a short warm-up, we'll mobilize the hips, activate the control for the pancake stretch and compression, and shoulder protraction.
