Casa de los Árboles: Arquitectura que se Recorre | Obras Ajenas | Sandra Mata
The House of Trees, designed by architect Sandra Mata, is conceived as a spatial experience rather than an architectural object. The house is experienced as a journey, where each step invites the discovery of new relationships between space, light, and nature. The topography of the site, marked by natural slopes and the presence of existing trees, was a fundamental element in the design process. Far from imposing itself on the site, the architecture adapts to it, allowing the landscape to determine the form, sequence, and atmosphere of the spaces.
