Chirp indoor very small plane
The Chirp is a very little RC plane for indoor flying designed by Paul Alexander Cook for Flight Line Plans. I bought this one at Micron Radio Control and built it in a day. It's made with balsa and Depron. The wingspan is 370 mm. The motor is a brushed Plantacro GP07. The propeller is a GWS 5x3. The flying weight of my Chirp is 22 grammes(7,2 g/dm2). For the radio gear, I have used the board and the battery from a Nine Eales Solo Pro Heli. So I can both fly the plane and the helicopter with the same transmitter. With the battery 110 mAh, the fly duration is about 4 minutes. Controls: 3 (Rudder, Elevator, Throttle). The Chirp is easy and fun to fly.
