Shine in the Cruel Night (Demon Slayer Infinity Castle) - LiSA | String Orchestra Arrangement

Words and Music by Yuki Kajiura Arranged by KMelodicMixes Start date of arrangement: August 15, 2025 Finished date of arrangement: September 4, 2025 Grade 3.5 Experience the hit song performed by LiSA from the hit movie Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle for string orchestra. Filled with numerous rhythmic patterns, key changes, and calm/intense dynamics. Great for shifting, learn new key signatures, and melody/harmony section. A piano and drum accompaniment drives this piece to the end! Notes: 1. This is one of my longest arrangements and it took a bunch of dedicated hours and work. I hope you all enjoy - will do one for concert band and string quartet. 2. The main reason why Giyu Tomioka is on the cover is because it is rumored that he is talking about Shinobu Kocho. This can be seen from lyrics such as "I dreamed of being by your side, looking up at the nostalgic blue sky." It can be indicated that Giyu must have wanted to spend more time with Shinobu, or it can be the emotions he has within himself. 3. Yuki Kajiura was the song's composer and lyricist, which was much calmly than Go Shiina's elements from Aimer's. LiSA's song (this one) was much calmer and beautiful while Aimer's was energetic and intense. A World Where The Sun Never Rises is all about Shinobu's emotions and efforts while emotions and perception is Giyu's for this one. 4. For other themes from the movie, I would combine 5 of them and transform them into a energetic and powerful full orchestra piece. If possible, I can take one or two themes and make them a single piece for string orchestra, concert band, and string quartet. I am currently working on the full orchestra for themes from the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle movie.
