The NEW Meta Weapon (10k Per Shot) Inside of Fallout 76

Some people inside of my discord came to me showing me this build and after trying it out for myself I knew I had to make a video talking about it. This is probably going to be my new Meta build inside of the game. It just cripples everything along side doing insane DPS to everything. Its great for the raids, infestations, or bigfoot.
