Ma Mopar's Least Loved Musclecars - The 273 Commando Early A Body

Chrysler's 235 horse 273 4 Barrel was a sweet, well rounded little powerhouse and when installed in the light, nimble first generation A Body made for a fantastic mini musclecar. But tight packaging of the small block in a space originally intended for a Slant Six, a fragile rear axle and styling that was more than a bit awkward compared to Ford and GM offerings meant that when these cars came to the end of their useful life, most were scrapped or left.to rot, making them relatively rare today.
