What is a Sea Day like on NCL Prima Iceland & Norway Cruise?!

Today is the first of two sea days on this 10-day Norwegian Prima Iceland & Norway cruise! I slept in late, thanks to a very late night and a loss of 1-hour the night before, and spend the morning at the thermal spa and eating at The Local waiting for the weather to clear up. In this video I share with you some of the downsides to the Thermal Spa on the NCL Prima compared to their other ships. For dinner, I head to Hudson's, which is a complimentary main dining room located at the very back of the ship with incredible aft-facing views - and I got one of the best tables I've ever had with a direct view of the most amazing sunset! Since the sun doesn't really ever set in this part of the world during their summer season, I got to enjoy the orange glow sitting on the horizon during dinner and even after I went to bed (again late, around 3am), there was still light outside! However, my dinner left a lot to be desired, and I will tell you just what happened this evening, as well as some of my thoughts on the recent decline in food quality on NCL... Did I just get unlucky and have a bad meal? Or have things taken a permanent downward turn? Is there hope that things will improve? Let me know what your thoughts are if you've cruised NCL recently in the comment section below.
