💐“For success, women must shed certain inherent qualities”💐 📢 Theivanai Ammal College for Women (Autonomous), Villupuram, held its 23rd Graduation Day ceremony on September 10, 2023. 📌 Delivering the Graduation Day address, the chief guest Mr Rajendran Dandapani, President of Zoho Schools of Learning, Chennai, praised the college management by displaying the impressive quote “Some leaders are born women” on the campus. 📌 To attain success women must shed certain inherent qualities such as minimizing their importance, following the stereotype of knowing more and more about what they already know, lingering on past mistakes, trying to please all those around, hating other women performers and getting obsessed with perfection. 📌 Mr Dandapani called upon the fresh graduates to make learning a life-long habit. He recommended them to read the books “Lean in…” and “Option B…” authored by Shreyl Sandberg for improving their personality. 📌 Chairman of ES Group of Institutions Mr S.Senthil Kumar, Dean of Academic, ESSK Educational Institutions Dr. Muthuraja, Principal Dr. Akila, and faculty, along with large number of students and parents turned up on the occasion.
