VEGAN FALAFEL RECIPE (falafel balls & burgers) + TZATZIKI & TAHINI DRESSING | EASY & OIL FREE

This super quick and easy BAKED VEGAN FALAFEL RECIPE is OIL FREE, GLUTEN FREE, and absolutely DELICIOUS! We also share with you 2 different dressings or sauces! A tzatziki inspired dressing, and a lemon, maple tahini dressing! RECIPE DOWN BELOW ▼ SUBSCRIBE (and don't forget to turn on notifications!): https://goo.gl/jodh7F INGREDIENTS: Falafels: 2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed) SAVE 2 TBSP of chickpea water 4 cloves garlic 1 small yellow onion 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 tbsp ground coriander 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper 2 tbsp aquafaba (chickpea water) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/4-1/2 cup oat flour Hemp/Garlic/Dill Sauce: 1 cup hemp seeds 1 raw garlic clove juice of 1 lemon 5-6 tbsp plant based milk 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 4 tbsp dried dill (adjust accordingly) Tahini/Lemon Dressing: 3 tbsp tahini 1/2 of one lemon juiced 1 tbsp maple syrup add water to adjust to your desired consistency METHOD: Add chopped garlic, onion, parsley, and lemon juice to food processor and combine. Then add chickpeas, and all spices. Process until all ingredients are well combined, but before it turns into a paste! (Leave some chickpea chunks in there) Transfer ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and add your aquafaba. Depending on how the mixture is looking, add 1/4-1/2 cup of oat flour (Too wet, add more). Bake in oven at 400F 20 minutes each side. If you are making these as burgers, cook them an extra 5-10 minutes!
