If you follow the milestone markers in Do Work then it should take three months (one quarter) to complete. It starts with setting the quarterly milestones and leads you through goal setting and daily tasks. There are icon signifiers and trackers on the side of each page. The weekly spread prompts you to list goals that align with the quarterly milestones, with a highlight section for each day. The daily spread has one page for tasks and another for notes on a blank dot grid page. Do Work has one weekly page spread then five daily spreads for each week. At the end of the weekly/daily pages there are Index and Reference pages, followed by 35 blank dot grid pages for loose notes or collections. ================================================== My name is Matt Ragland and I make videos about using a minimalist bullet journal to focus on what matters most to you.
