Today marks the tenth round of Season 18 for the League Zero Formula Series presented by INCA Salsa as hosted on iRacing! We shall be taking a look back at all of the racing action which took place on Thursday 28th May 2026 with the aim of bringing it to you as if it were live! In our penultimate round we visit our third and final North American circuit for this season: The Long Beach Street Circuit. Originally conceived in 1975 as a means of bringing the Monaco Grand Prix to the USA, this course in its current 1.96 mile form is a staple of the IndyCar calendar with its 11 corners weaving their way past some of the city’s iconic landmarks to provide a venue where the walls loom large and overtakes are highly possible! In the Drivers’ Championship, a nightmare round at Suzuka for Jaden Calloway has seen his lead reduced to only three points ahead of Elliot Cawte who had to work hard to capitalise on his rival’s misfortune. With Adam Merchant almost out of the title hunt a further 45 points behind following his involvement in a major incident in last week’s Feature Race, can Cawte seize the opportunity to take the lead today? Or will Calloway’s lead rise from the ashes? In the Teams’ Championship, in securing a decent haul of points in Japan and seeing their closest rivals OTL Motorsport only taking two points in contrast, DDK Racing have successfully defended their title with two rounds to spare. As a result, the question now turns to who shall be our runners-up, with OTL Motorsport; INCA x Competition 51; and Squid Gang Racing only separated by 20 points in total with consistent points scores being key.
