Hawkesbury River Winter Fishing | Flatty, Fiddler Ray & Whiting + More!

Get Fished! is back on the Hawkesbury River for our first fishing trip of Winter 2026! Despite the season, it was a beautiful, clear day hitting 20°C—hardly felt like winter at all! While the elusive Jewfish weren't playing game today, we had plenty of action. We started the morning wrestling a few stingrays, but things picked up when we moved onto some Banjo Sharks (Fiddler Rays). We also landed some nice Dusky Flathead, including a cracking 48cm flatty caught by Kohen! To top it off, we caught and released a few Tailor and Whiting. All in all, another epic day out on the water!
