The price to move in cash with all of the fees and deposits was around $6,000 USD House 4: The Brick Home 7:14 A 3 Bedroom home with a bonus storage room. This cozy house meets a lot of our requests and comes in around $2,000 USD per month. The cost to move in cash with deposits, gift money, and pet fee was around $6,000 USD. House 5: Brand New Build 10:15 Another 3 Bedroom home with a bonus storage room. This House was $2,800 USD, which was maxing out our budget!!
