Fly Fishing a Small Montana Creek in July [Episode #78]

In this episode we are fly fishing for trout on a small, less well known tributary of the very famous Blackfoot River. We enjoyed a serene day of catch and release dry fly fishing Cutthroat trout. We used a Gold Chubby Chernobyl successfully for a good part of the day but also caught fish on a black Stonefly nymph, a PMD cripple and towards evening a Elk Hair Caddis and a Purple Haze.
