Recipe: 3-4 eggs Water Young cabbage (cook for approx. 10 minutes) Olive oil (sauté for 3-5 minutes) Salt 1 carrot (grated) Spring onions Preparation: Cook the cabbage and then briefly sauté it in olive oil. Add the grated carrot and fry for a few minutes. Add the spring onions, peel the cooked eggs and mix everything well. Rice: 1 cup rice olive oil 2 cups hot water salt Fry the rice in olive oil, then add hot water and salt and cook for about 10 minutes. Dough: 3 eggs salt 1 spoonful of sugar 300 ml milk 200 g flour (sifted) 30 g butter (melted) dill Mix all ingredients well, then fold in 3-4 tablespoons of cooked rice.
