The BEST Dragons to Summon During SUMMONING HAPPY HOUR in Dragon City! (Happy Hour Guide 2023)

Hi! So today a new summoning happy hour has started! This is a really good "event" that allows us to use 99 joker orbs to summon a dragon! As most dragons in Dragon City are 100 orb dragons, this means that you'll need at least 1 orb + 99 joker orbs of that dragon's rarity to be able to summon it during this event! Today I thought I'd go through some of the best dragons to summon during this happy hour for newer players or those looking to make a good team. Legendary dragons are usually better to summon during summoning happy hour as legendary joker orbs are usually much easy to get than heroic joker orbs.
