U.S. Army Rangers Joe Armstrong and Curtis Jackson are sent on a mission to a Caribbean island to investigate the mysterious disappearance of several Marines assigned to provide security for the local embassy. Upon arriving, they discover that the disappearances are being orchestrated by a notorious arms and drug trafficker known as "The Lion." The criminal has kidnapped a scientist and, using genetic engineering and brainwashing, is transforming the kidnapped soldiers into an army of unstoppable genetically engineered ninjas. With the help of the scientist's daughter and drawing on his mastery of martial arts, Joe must infiltrate The Lion's fortress to stop the threat before it's too late.
