Upper Body Strength Workout with Dumbbells | 20 Minutes
This 20-minute upper body strength workout with weights targets all of the upper body musculature in an interval-styled challenge! There is a 4-minute bodyweight warm up to start and includes a 4-minute upped body stretch to cool things down post-pump. Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, dumbbells (today I am using 5's + 8's), and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too!
